An ancient process
Saponification is the reaction of transforming vegetable oil into soap and glycerin. Cold saponification is a ancestral process of manufacturing solid soaps which put on the advantage of retaining all the natural glycerin produced during processing and thus guaranteeing the preservation in our soaps of its emollient, moisturizing and protective properties of the skin's hydrolipidic film.
The benefit of vegetable oils
At SAPOTANTIC, we formulate and manufacture surgras solid soaps. This means that a significant percentage of the oils are not completely transformed into soap during manufacture in order to keep the many virtues and properties of the vegetable oils that we use.

All of our raw materials are 100% natural . All our vegetable oils, essential oils, seeds and plant powders come from organic farming.
Thus, our soaps do not generate any pollution during their manufacture and use.
Our solid soap packaging is made from 100% recyclable paper.
The bottles and screw caps of our liquid soaps are made from 100% vegetable matter ! Composed of residues of sugar cane fiber and reed cultivated in France.

Handmade
All our soaps and cosmetic products are made entirely by hand in accordance with traditional methods. The saponification process cannot withstand an industrial manufacturing method in large quantities without the products undergoing a notable loss of quality.

SAPOTANTIC is a young company created in 2021 in the Rhône at Saint Symphorien d'Ozon. It is deeply rooted in a responsible and ethical approach.

Our main partners are located within a radius of 10 km: suppliers of raw materials, printer ... In addition, we have chosen to favor collaboration with companies on a human scale and sharing our values. These strong choices are made to support emerging companies while limiting the carbon footprint of our activity as much as possible.
Certification of our products
Our product formulations are subject to regulatory toxicological validations. Our products are certified organic by Ecocert Greenlife according to the COSMOS ORGANIC standard available on http://COSMOS.ecocert.com.
The company is also registered with the ANSM in accordance to the applicable legislation. This guarantees our customers the use of soaps manufactured in the greatest respect of the legismation and audits
